The currency conversion coming with Mists of Pandaria is going to happen in three stages, and this is how we plan for it to progress:With Patch 5.0.4 on August 28
Valor points will be converted to Justice points, and Conquest points will be converted to Honor points.
Neither of the resultant currencies (Justice and Honor) will have an enforced hard-cap at this time. The current Arena season will end.
Players will no longer be able to earn Valor or Conquest points (bosses will drop Justice, Arenas will be closed).
Items formerly purchasable for Valor/Conquest will be available for Justice/Honor.With Mists of Pandaria on September 25
Valor can be earned again.
Characters can earn up to 1000 Valor per week, and carry a maximum of 3000 Valor.
Daily quests, random Scenarios, random Heroic dungeons, and all levels of raiding will reward Valor.
Valor will be used to purchase ilvl 489 gear in Mists of Pandaria.
The Klaxxi, Golden Lotus, Shado-Pan, and August Celestials factions will sell this gear.
Revered reputation with each faction will be required.Conquest will become earnable.
There is a cap of 4000 Conquest points.
Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds reward Conquest.
It will be used to purchase ilvl 483 gear from Pandaren battlemasters on the Great Wall. With Mists of Pandaria, Patch 5.1
We currently plan to upgrade the Valor system as Ghostcrawler described in Mists of Pandaria Looting Explained in the 5.1 patch, allowing you to upgrade your gear using Valor points. We’ll have additional information once Mists of Pandaria launches and we get closer to the 5.1 patch release.Do you have questions or comments about currencies in World of Warcraft? Please let us know in this discussion thread.

Players no longer require Honored reputation with Mists of Pandaria factions to purchase gear with Justice Points.
The reputation requirement to purchase certain pieces of Mists of Pandaria Valor Point gear have been reduced from Revered to Honored. These include:Klaxxi - neck items
Golden Lotus - rings
Shado-Pan - cloaks
August Celestials - bracersThe item level of Mists of Pandaria gear that is purchased with Justice Points has been raised from 450 to 458.
The item level of Mists of Pandaria gear that is purchased with Honor Points has been lowered from 464 to 458. As a result, the quality color of these items has been changed from Epic to Rare. However, the PvP Power and PvP resilience of these items has been increased significantly so these items retain their previous degree of effectiveness in PvP.
Mists of Pandaria PvP item vendors were tired of getting the dook kicked out of them. Their health has been increased significantly.
The item level requirement to queue for Mists of Pandaria Heroic dungeons has been reduced from 440 to 435. -

Earning reputation with various factions has long been an important part to World of Warcraft and as time has gone on, we've made tweaks and changes to the system to make it more interesting and to give players access to unique items. For example, we recently hotfixed the game to apply a change to some reputation items which you can read about in our recently updated blog that allows players to purchase certain items much sooner. And we're not done!Coming in a future patch, earning reputation is going to become much more fluid. Basically, once one of your characters has reached at least Revered reputation with a faction, all other characters on the same Battle.net account will then earn reputation with the same faction at twice the rate. Going one step further, and as an added bonus, your main character who reached Revered will also begin to earn double the reputation as he or she climbs to Exalted.
Here's a simplified break down:
Any single character earns Revered reputation with a faction
All other characters on the Battle.net account begin to earn double reputation for that one same faction
The Revered character earns double reputation as he or she works toward Exalted
???
ProfitWe’ll keep you posted as this change is closer to being implemented. In the meantime, we’d love to hear your feedback!

We received several feedbacks regarding raid instance lockouts and 10/25 rewards, and we appreciate your opinions and deep interests. We thought that Korean players wish to enjoy the most hardcore contents more flexibly and according to their play styles. Therefore, from the upcoming patch we decided to change the raid instance lockout rules for all KR servers. Raids, as usual, will be reset every 7 days following maintainance checks. However, after 5.1 patch 10 man and 25 man raids will have seperate lockouts. From now on, players could play raid instances, such as Mogu-Shan Vaults, in both 10 man and 25 man difficulty. Normal and Heroic difficulty raid of same instance will share same lockout as usual. Furthermore, the loots of 25 man raids has been buffed, and will offer higher iLV compared to same 10 man instance. For example, Terrace of the Endless Spring in 25 man difficulty will drop loots with iLV of 504, wile 10 man will drop 496.
We wish that players will further enjoy the contents and gain satisfactory rewards, and decided to offer the system that suits most well with the KR players.
